Our philosphy

We believe physiology and healthy biomechanics are the key to success and longevity. Efficiency of training leads to less overuse injuries and less burnout long term. 

Our expertise

We are experts in human movement with decades of experience helping growing athletes take care of their bodies. Our Doctor of physical therapy trained as a classical dance and then graduated with a BA in Dance that lead to a career as a professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor  who understands the high demands of elite youth sports as a student and parent. 

What to expect

Your first session will be a 60 minute assessment that will include physical tests and measures as well as a mutual discussion on goals, followed by a workout.  Follow up sessions will  be 30 or 60 minute virtual or in person. These will include check ins on goal progress weekly training updates and a workout that will continue to challenge you and work toward your goals.
